REFUND & RETURN POLICY – NORTHGRITCO

Overview All of our products are made to order. For this reason, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges for issues such as incorrect size selection, change of mind, or personal preference.

Product Images Disclaimer All product images on our website are for reference purposes only. Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings, display calibration, and lighting conditions. As a print-on-demand brand, minor variations between the mockup image and the final product are normal and do not constitute a defect. If you have questions about a specific product color or design, feel free to contact us before placing your order at: support@northgritco.com

Damaged or Defective Items We only offer replacements or refunds for items that arrive defective, damaged, or with a manufacturing error. If you receive a defective or damaged item, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at: support@northgritco.com

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will offer either:

  • A replacement at no cost, or
  • A refund if a replacement is not available

Incorrect Address Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages NorthGritCo is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but lost or stolen after delivery. In such cases, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Non-Returnable Items Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for: incorrect size selection, change of mind, buyer's remorse, or personal preference.

Right to Refuse Claims We reserve the right to refuse any refund or replacement request if it does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
